SC hosting Indonesia visitors

On 20th November, some of our councillors were hosts for the Indonesian visitors. They brought them around the school and shared the differences between Singapore and Indonesia. 

It was a great time to interact with them. We look forward to more of these events! =)

Vietnam Trip Service Learning 6-13Nov

In November 2012, some Student Councillors in Secondary 2, potential CCA heads, as well as the some of the Executive Committee of the Council embarked on a meaningful 8 days Service-Learning Trip to Vietnam! Mr Chia,Ms Tay and Ms Hu joined along too. 

This Service Learning Trip aims to give the Councillors a valuable opportunity to :

• Serve the Kindergarten in Ben Tre Province through infrastructure works of the school compound to provide a better teaching and learning environment.
• Interact with the kindergarten kids through the teaching of basic English and handicrafts.
• Exchange our culture with the people in Vietnam.
• Grow to become servant leaders with a HEART!

Throughout this whole trip, the Councillors have experienced with many situations that have caused them to think deep on those values. These lessons have helped the Councillors to find their true self. After all, being true to yourself is the main key in being a Leader. 


This Service Learning Trip have definitely made a huge impact in all the Councillors who went to Vietnam. Indeed, the Councillors will continue to grow and serve with a HEART.
