After receiving recommendations and suggestions from the teachers, as well as self-nomination forms from Hendersonians, selected students were asked to attend an interview with the Council teachers and the current Exco. The interview served to help us identify students who are of a correct mindset to be a trainee councillor.After the interview, the teachers and the Exco got together to select the finalized trainee list. These trainees were asked to attend a briefing on their duties and the structure of the Student Council during the March Holidays. They also got to know of the expectations that we have of all councillors i.e. Servant Leadership, Exemplary Conduct, and Integrity.
The Exco helped to conduct the briefing, and they did it professionally! Let's look forward to a great year ahead together!
